Key Responsibilities Lead the technical direction and development roadmap for the app. Review and improve the existing app architecture and codebase Design secure, scalable systems for pupils, parents, teachers, schools, and admin users Build and improve user dashboards, codes, tracking, tests, and reporting Ensure pupil progress is saved to individual sign-in accounts across devices Strengthen authentication, role-based access, permissions, and database security Work with Supabase/PostgreSQL, RLS policies, user roles, and structured data models Support product decisions around school subscriptions, reporting, and future SaaS growth Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
