These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fractional Quest platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Fractional Quest provides a platform connecting businesses with fractional executives. We facilitate introductions and provide matching services but are not a party to any agreement between businesses and executives.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
3. For Businesses
Businesses agree to: provide accurate requirements, respect executives time during the matching process, pay agreed fees upon successful engagement, and maintain confidentiality of executive information.
4. For Executives
Executives agree to: provide accurate professional information, respond promptly to opportunities, maintain professional standards, and notify us of engagement outcomes.
5. Fees
Fees are charged upon successful engagement as outlined in our fee schedule. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on our matching services or outcomes of engagements.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Last updated: January 2026.
