Fractional Sales Director Opportunity
VP of Sales (Fractional - 1 day per week) at Positive Carbon
About This Role
Positive Carbon is the technology partner of choice for commercial kitchens aiming to eliminate their food waste. Our AI-powered sensors automatically track food waste, saving businesses thousands in food costs and carbon taxes. We are currently working with market leaders like KSG, Levy, Aramark and the HSE amongst others.
We are looking for a Fractional VP of Sales to join us on a flexible basis (1.5 days per week). We need a commercial heavy-hitter to enter the cockpit, professionalise our sales process, and close enterprise-level deals.
Tasks
You will be the architect of our commercial growth. Working 1 day a week from our Dublin office and a half-day remotely, your focus will be high-leverage activities:
Mentorship & Hiring: As we grow, you will help design the future sales org structure and set the standard for what "great" looks like in future hires.
Requirements
Who You Are:
The "Builder" Mindset: You have a proven track record of taking early-stage SaaS or Tech companies from <€1M ARR to €5M+ ARR. You know how to build a process from scratch.
Strategic & Tactical: You are willing to strategise with the board in the morning and jump on a closing call in the afternoon.
