Job Overview

LunaJoy is a mental health platform focused on providing support for women’s mental health. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to help amplify our message and reach through effective digital campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

As part of the LunaJoy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate compassion and contribute to a positive work environment by giving and getting joy in your daily interactions. Key Responsibilities

Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Implement strategic audience targeting based on data-driven insights to ensure the right people are reached with each campaign.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other campaign management platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Interview Process

HR Screen
