About us We are looking for Interim Tax Process Optimization Expert who will join Husqvarna SSC on a 2-year project basis and will drive full tax compliance for the Group’s Polish entities by standardizing processes, eliminating risks, implementing internal controls, and designing the target operating model for the tax function. Your main tasks 1) Review current tax processes and optimize them by: Mapping and documenting end‑to‑end tax processes for all polish entities, Harmonizing procedures across CIT, VAT, WHT, Transfer Pricing, PFRON, MDR, and property tax, Eliminating duplicated work and incomplete workflows across teams. 2) Define the target operating model. 3) Establish internal controls & mitigate risks: Implement control checklists and automation, Build recurring control cycles for VAT, CIT, WHT, TP and balance‑sheet account reconciliations, Diagnose, quantify and remediate tax risks. 4) Close tax periods effectively: Streamline and accelerate monthly/annual closings, Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports: CIT, VAT, WHT, TPR‑C, SAF‑T, local files. 5) Strengthen reporting & audit readiness: Align Statutory Package for all polish entites, Support internal audits, external auditors and tax authority inspections. 6) Manage the tax team, structuring key functional areas, defining roles and responsibilities. Requirements Experienced Tax Manager with 10–12 years of practical expertise, ideally gained in a large international organization, Comprehensive knowledge of CIT, VAT, WHT, and Transfer Pricing, combined with system and process experience, Proven ability to design and implement a stable, repeatable, and controlled tax system, Strong focus on risk management, process structuring, tax accountability, and data flow integrity, Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multi-stakeholder environment, Fluent English for business use, Comfortable working in complex, matrix organizations and managing cross-functional projects.
