SEAT DESCRIPTION

Loudr is looking for a Head of Web/SEO & Technology to lead how SEO, UX/UI, websites, technology work together to drive measurable growth - for our clients and our agency. You’ll own the intersection of SEO, Web, and Technology, helping Loudr scale high-performing, human-centered digital ecosystems that combine strong fundamentals with thoughtful innovation.

This role ensures every digital experience we deliver is SEO-driven, technically sound, high-performing, discoverable by design, and built to scale, while aligning teams around a unified, modern digital vision.You’ll collaborate across creative, strategy, and media teams to build integrated digital ecosystems, not siloed services, and help shape Loudr’s evolving people first AI landscape, including the use and management of AI agents.

Functions

Own Loudr’s SEO-first web and technology strategy

Ensure SEO is embedded into UX, design, content, and development

Lead website architecture, performance, technical SEO, and CMS decisions

Partner with Creative to deliver modern, conversion-driven UX/UI

Guide and mentor developers, designers, and SEO strategists

Collaborate on building and governing AI tools and AI agents across the agency

Act as a senior digital partner for key clients, leading audits and roadmaps

Lead technology decisions around:

CMS platforms and headless solutions

Analytics, tracking, and attribution

Integrations, automations, and internal tooling

What we’re looking for

8+ years experience across SEO, web development, UX/UI, and technology

Strong agency experience preferred

Deep knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategy

Systems thinker with hands-on credibility
