As Interim Senior Privacy Counsel & Data Protection Officer, you’ll oversee global privacy compliance and data protection strategy during a pivotal growth phase. You’ll serve as the primary advisor on GDPR, CCPA, and international privacy frameworks, ensuring UNiDAYS’ data practices meet the highest standards of transparency and security. This includes advising leadership on privacy risk, managing regulatory engagement, refining internal governance processes, and fostering a culture of compliance across global teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in privacy law, cross-border data transfers, and AdTech regulation, with experience navigating complex, fast-evolving digital ecosystems. You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution—balancing legal rigor with commercial pragmatism to protect both brand and user trust.
