Above all, the CCO will create connectivity between the marketplace and the organization, ensuring we understand what clients and communities need, develop differentiated solutions to address those needs, win the right business, and build partnerships that endure.
Role Overview:
The CCO will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and work closely with leaders across Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, and other functions to align market opportunities with organizational capabilities and strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth, and strengthen client and community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy and Growth:

Client-Centered Solution Design:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand complex business challenges and translate them into innovative, practical solutions.
Bring the voice of the client and market into organizational decision-making while balancing customization with scalability and enterprise strategy.
Contract Negotiation and Commercial Discipline:
Lead negotiations for significant new and existing client contracts.
Develop commercial structures that appropriately balance client expectations, service requirements, risk, and financial return.
Financial and P&L Leadership:
Bring demonstrated experience managing a significant P&L and understanding the operational drivers of revenue, margin, cash flow, and return on investment.
Organizational Leadership:
Lead the organization’s commercial functions and build an integrated approach to growth, client relationships, market strategy, and brand positioning.
