For additional information on the firm, please visit www.simmons-simmons.com Main purpose of the role: This role involves providing legal expertise in derivatives and structured products, ensuring the smooth execution of transactions and compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide legal support and advice on derivatives and structured products transactions. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring the production of high-quality first drafts.
Assess capacity and authority considerations in transactions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective transaction execution.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting derivatives and structured products. Person specification: 8 to 10 years PQE with derivatives and structured products expertise.
Proven ability to produce high-quality first drafts of legal documents. Understanding of capacity and authority considerations in transactions.
