Considering our ambitious plans for next year, we are looking to strengthen our recruitment team from early January with an interim professional. Do you combine a hands-on mentality with experience in project management?
This role spans a wide range of activities, from day-to-day operational tasks to projects ready to be rolled out, including both ad hoc work and strategic planning. The Recruitment department currently consists of six colleagues: an HR Manager, two Corporate Recruiters, and three volunteer recruiters.
In this role you will: Combining project-based responsibilities with day-to-day operational recruitment. Being the first point of contact for all recruitment-related questions.
Pre-selecting and interviewing candidate experts for our Food theme and supporting the other recruiters during peak periods. Together with the (Senior) Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for various recruitment projects, including the migration to Recruitee, employer branding and recruitment strategy, and recruitment data analysis.
Who are you? You are an interim recruitment professional with over 8 years of experience, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s working and thinking level.
You are a proactive, hands-on, and strategic thinker with strong communication and organisational skills. You bring experience with Recruitee/Tellent or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS), as well as project management and end-to-end operational recruitment.
You have excellent command of the English and Dutch language. You are comfortable with the use of digital tools, including Microsoft 365.
What does PUM offer? We offer a freelance contract, preferably starting as soon as possible, for a period of 3 months, with an hourly rate to be agreed.
We welcome candidates who can commit to a minimum of 32 hours per week and are available at short notice. Our beautiful office, conveniently located within walking distance of The Hague Central Station, offers a pleasant working environment, including daily organic fruit.
