Lead, hire, and develop the administrative team, establishing strong collaboration, clear ownership, and consistent execution across the organization.

Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities with strategic foresight and minimal oversight. Anticipate needs, navigate competing demands, and keep the CEO focused on what matters most. Provide calendar assistance to the CFO and CSO as needed.

Serve as a trusted extension of the CEO, building connections across the organization, representing Corelight professionally with external stakeholders, and providing thoughtful feedback and perspective when appropriate.

Identify opportunities to improve executive productivity and administrative workflows, including practical applications of AI and technology.

Travel at least quarterly to support executive meetings, events, and business priorities.
