licensing fine art, cultural and historical images. We are proud to represent over 2,000 museums,

collections, artists and estates, with offices in London, New York, Paris, Berlin and Milan. We are now looking for an experienced fractional CFO to take ownership of finance across the group.

As our Fractional CFO, you will lead the group’s financial strategy, reporting, cash and treasury,

budgeting and forecasting, audit and tax, as well as the finance and payroll operations of our

your clear financial insight will help shape the decisions that take the business forward.

You will join our Global Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and founder. The role

requires strong stakeholder skills, as you will work with a wide range of people including family

shareholders, the Board, heads of region, content partners, auditors, advisers and suppliers

across several territories. The role requires someone with a high degree of initiative, judgement,

accuracy and discretion, and someone who is as comfortable doing the work as directing it.

Knowledge and Skills:

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in previous CFO or Finance Director roles

Preferable experience running finance for an international, multi-entity, multi-currency group (UK, US and Europe), including consolidation and intercompany

Strong understanding of UK corporation tax, VAT, PAYE and year-end reporting, and a working knowledge of overseas tax and payroll (US, France, Germany and Italy)

Hands-on: comfortable building models and working in the detail as well as setting strategy

Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to the Board, shareholders and non-financial colleagues

Sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to challenge constructively

It would be a bonus if you also have:

Experience in licensing, royalties, media or IP-based businesses

SAP experience

French, German or Italian language skills
