Overview
Shop Manager | Drybar Tuscan Village
At Drybar, it's about more than blowouts — it's about people, culture, and connection. We're built on one simple idea: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. But what truly sets us apart is the family-like culture and exceptional guest experience we've intentionally created inside our shops.
We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Shop Manager to lead our Drybar Tuscan Village location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves developing people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for both the beauty industry and growing a successful business.
Working closely with ownership, our Shop Manager will take ownership of daily operations, team development, business performance, and creating a positive, supportive environment where both employees and guests feel valued.

- Solve problems quickly and calmly, taking initiative rather than waiting for direction
- Take ownership of staffing, scheduling, and daily shop operations

- Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and an exceptional guest experience
- Lead, inspire, coach, and support our team of stylists and bartenders (front desk team)

- Actively manage the appointment book to maximize revenue while controlling labor costs
- Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence, particularly during busy periods
- Monitor and drive key performance goals, including blowouts, memberships, retail, add-on sales, and labor
- Train, develop, and hold team members accountable to Drybar standards and expectations
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, confidence, and care
- Collaborate closely with ownership to identify growth opportunities and improve shop performance
- Foster a positive, accountable, family-like culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and communication
- Support the styling team and perform blowouts when needed, if licensed and qualified
- Qualifications & Non-Negotiables
- Previous management or leadership experience in a salon, spa, beauty, retail, hospitality, or service-based environment strongly preferred
- Licensed cosmetologist preferred
- Ability to work 32–40 hours per week in an on-site leadership role
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Confident, decisive leader who can delegate effectively and have difficult conversations when necessary
- Highly reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable managing schedules, labor, and performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic digital tools
- Experience with Mindbody/Booker is a plus
- Why You'll Love It Here
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
- Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities
- Membership sales commissions
- Additional earning opportunities through styling services, when applicable
- Complimentary Drybar services and employee retail discounts
- Paid training and ongoing development
- Growth opportunities within a growing, multi-location franchise
- A fun, energetic environment where high standards and great culture go hand in hand
- More Than Just Managing a Shop
- We're building something special at Drybar Tuscan Village, and we're looking for a leader who's excited to be part of it.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to make a real impact, develop a talented team, drive business growth, and take pride in the success of a shop they help lead.
If you're passionate about people, love a challenge, and are ready to bring your leadership skills to a growing business, we'd love to meet you!
