ABOUT THE ROLE
As Partnerships Manager, you'll help Bloom show up at the moments that matter - the buzzy cultural experiences and brand collaborations that reach new audiences and deepen our connection with the ones we already have. Working alongside like-minded brands and cultural partners, you'll help build awareness and foster community during the most talked about key tentpole and brand-owned moments.
Day to day, that means keeping active programs moving, managing partner relationships, vetting and coordinating incoming opportunities, and ensuring every partnership, collab, or sponsorship is executed within Bloom’s brand standards.
This is a role for a strong cross-functional operator who brings a genuine eye for what makes a partnership feel right for Bloom. We especially want to meet you if you’re energized by both the creative and operational sides of partnership work - you care about the quality of what gets built as much as the efficiency of how it gets done. This role reports to the Director of Brand Partnerships on the Partnerships and Experiential Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Support and execute across active brand partnership and sponsorship programs managing partner relationships, owning timelines and deliverables, and ensuring every program is executed at a high standard from kickoff through recap
Serve as a point of contact for partners across active programs, building and maintaining strong relationships
Be on the ground at partnership activations when needed, managing logistics and ensuring on-site execution reflects Bloom's brand standards
Manage Bloom's inbound partnership pipeline, including responding to incoming opportunities, conducting initial research and brand-fit assessment, and preparing recommendations
Support the Director in identifying and developing outbound opportunities within priority categories
Brief internal stakeholders clearly on partnership timelines, deliverables, and requirements, ensuring cohesive amplification plans across owned, earned, and paid channels
Coordinate internal approvals, creative and asset needs, product requests, and logistics across brand, creative, influencer, PR, shopper marketing, and sales teams
Own the partnerships calendar, identifying relevant ways to connect partnerships to broader campaigns, cultural trends, retail programs, or seasonal moments
Maintain budgets and contracts, working closely with legal and finance teams
Build partnership pitch decks and post-program recaps
