Company Description SentrAIx builds SmartTestAIx, a governed autonomous validation platform for AI-accelerated engineering teams. SmartTestAIx automatically discovers business-critical application workflows, generates business-grounded validations, executes them at scale, and adapts as applications evolve. The platform provides enterprise governance, human oversight, reporting, and deployment controls so teams can accelerate validation while maintaining visibility and control. SmartTestAIx enables QA, engineering, DevOps, and technology leaders to reduce validation maintenance, receive faster feedback, and sustain release confidence across critical web applications. It is available through Microsoft Marketplace and integrates with modern delivery environments including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Microsoft Azure.

Role Description The Fractional CTO will provide hands-on technical leadership while shaping the long-term technology vision for SentrAIx and the SmartTestAIx platform. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and communicating architectural direction, guiding software development best practices, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The Fractional CTO will oversee technical roadmaps, mentor engineering leaders, support enterprise customer discussions, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and reliable. The role also includes evaluating emerging technologies, improving delivery processes, and partnering with leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation.

02Qualifications

Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering complex, cloud-based enterprise platforms.

Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems for modern DevOps environments.

Demonstrated capability in Project Management, leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps and execution.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.

Proven leadership in technology organizations, including mentoring senior engineers and partnering with business stakeholders.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Prior experience in QA, test automation, or validation platforms is advantageous.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
