About us We’re a fast-growing holding company that acquires and scales businesses across Europe. Soon to be listed on the stock exchange, we focus on long-term value creation through disciplined, capital-efficient M&A.

Why do we need you Our deal flow is accelerating, and we need a finance leader who can: Design smart capital structures (seller financing, debt, equity rollovers) Own public-company reporting and investor relations—from earnings calls to regulatory filings. Partner on transactions—modeling, diligence, SPA terms, and post-close integration. Build scalable finance operations that deliver fast, reliable data without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What you’ll do 2–3 days per week as a fractional CFO, working closely with the CEO and deal team. Establish a monthly close and reporting discipline that meets exchange standards. Lead capital-markets interactions with analysts, lenders, and potential co-investors. Support 2–3 acquisitions, ensuring seamless hand-offs from deal to integration.

As the platform scales, the role transitions to full-time Group CFO.

You’ll thrive here if you Have led finance in a high-growth, multi-entity environment—public or PE-backed. Understand European capital markets, covenants, and disclosure requirements.
