About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell’s Global Marketing organization is scaling to match the company’s growth trajectory and building the capabilities needed to accelerate design wins across a rapidly expanding AI infrastructure portfolio. The organization encompasses communications, digital, events, social, analyst relations, marketing research, and product and technology marketing, working closely with Marvell’s business units, investor relations, finance, HR, and executive staff to ensure our messaging and positioning resonate with diverse global audiences.

The Director, Sales Enablement is a newly created role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product & Technology Marketing. Marvell’s sales teams focus on a concentrated set of the world’s largest cloud and OEM customers, where design wins are earned through multi-generational engagements. As the function’s first leader, you will build sales enablement from the ground up, working at the intersection of product marketing, competitive intelligence, and field sales to turn deep technical and market knowledge into practical tools that shorten sales cycles and improve win rates across Marvell’s businesses.

What You Can Expect

The Director, Sales Enablement is a newly created role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product & Technology Marketing. Marvell’s sales teams focus on a concentrated set of the world’s largest cloud and OEM customers, where design wins are earned through multi-generational engagements.

Enablement Strategy & Needs Assessment

Partner directly with Sales and Business Development leaders to identify enablement gaps — the designs at risk, the objections being raised, and the content or training that’s missing.

Propose a prioritized enablement roadmap based on revenue impact and field feedback, working closely with the Product & Technology Marketing leadership team.

Content & Program Development

Develop account narrative decks, product information (one-pagers, specs, etc), Executive Briefing Center (EBC) presentation templates, and objection-handling guides in partnership with Integrated Marketing and Creative.

Build and maintain a central, continuously updated repository for all customer-facing information.

Ensure every enablement asset is grounded in approved BU messaging and technical claims.

Establish handling standards so customer-specific and NDA-protected content is shared only with authorized account teams.

Battlecards & Competitive Content

Partner with Market and Competitive Intelligence to build and maintain a battlecard library covering all business units, tailored by customer and socket type, and refreshed quarterly.

Run/participate in win/loss reviews with Sales and Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) on significant pursuits, routing findings to Product Management, Competitive Intelligence, and Product & Technology Marketing.

Launch Sales-Readiness

Own field readiness for product and technology launches in partnership with Product & Technology Marketing, delivering launch briefings, positioning, and first-call materials ahead of announcement.

Align launch enablement with the integrated campaign calendar so customer-facing teams are prepared ahead of major industry moments such as OFC, OCP, and Computex.

In cooperation with partner marketing, optimize customer engagement at industry events by planning pre-show customer and partner meetings to accelerate design-win momentum.

Field Training & Activation

Design and deliver training for Sales, BD, and FAE teams, including messaging workshops, battlecard walkthroughs, and demo narratives.

Build a repeatable, self-service enablement model rather than ad hoc asset production.

Create an onboarding program that accelerates time-to-productivity for new Sales and BD hires.

Measurement & Impact

Track field satisfaction, launch readiness, content usage, and win-rate trends, and report enablement impact to marketing and business leadership on a regular cadence.

Use these results and field feedback to refine the enablement roadmap.

What We're Looking For
