The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Manager – Chief Financial Officer (Level M) for the Space Communications Programs and Ground Systems Portfolios located on-site in El Segundo, California. This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

The ideal candidate will have:

02Earned Value Management (EVM) experience

Familiarity with Commercial and Government customers

A breadth of experience with acquire and execution processes

This is a fast paced and dynamic environment for a broad portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will lead a team of financial analysts and lead by influence for other functions and capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees and mid-level managers from more than one finance business management job family and/or other business function

Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives

Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

03Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

04Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 5+ years of experience in a finance-related management or leadership role
• Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Master’s Degree
• Experience with earned value management (EVM)

Ability to Obtain U.S. TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information)

05Experience with estimating, cost accounting and cost reduction

Experience with financial planning and scheduling

06Contract management experience
