Role Description We are seeking a Fractional Legal Counsel for a part-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, supporting the negotiation and drafting of contracts, assisting with compliance matters, addressing legal issues related to SaaS offerings, and ensuring proper preparation and review of legal documents.
