We’re looking to connect with experienced Fractional CFO who can bring practical financial expertise, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to supporting growing businesses.

02What You’ll Be Working On

Depending on your expertise and the needs of the engagement, your responsibilities may include:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Work with business owners and leadership teams to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities, and support important business decisions.

Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop budgets, financial models, cash-flow forecasts, and scenario analyses to help businesses plan ahead with confidence.

Management Reporting & Analysis: Turn financial statements and operational data into meaningful insights that help leadership understand business performance.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Identify potential cash shortfalls, improve cash visibility, strengthen collections, and support effective working capital management.

Profitability & Cost Analysis: Evaluate margins, operating expenses, pricing, and cost structures to identify opportunities for improving profitability.

Accounting Oversight & Financial Controls: Depending on the role, oversee the month-end close, account reconciliations, reporting accuracy, internal controls, and accounting processes.

Budgeting & Performance Monitoring: Establish financial KPIs, monitor actual results against budgets, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Business Growth & Decision Support: Help business owners assess hiring plans, expansion opportunities, investments, and other decisions with significant financial implications.

Client Collaboration: Communicate financial findings clearly, work with existing accounting teams and other advisors, and translate complex financial information into practical recommendations.

03Who We’re Looking For

• We’re particularly interested in professionals who bring:
• Demonstrable experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, Controller, Fractional Controller, or in a comparable senior finance leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• The ability to interpret financial data, identify underlying business issues, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Experience improving financial reporting processes, accounting workflows, and internal controls.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how financial decisions affect business performance and growth.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to business owners and non-finance stakeholders.
• A practical, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to financial management.
