Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking commercially driven marketing leaders with extensive board-level experience and a strong track record of delivering transformational impact.

Core Experience & Attributes Proven success as a board level CMO or Marketing Director in multiple organisations Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing to business strategy and P&L responsibility Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at board level Broad sector exposure, ideally including both large corporate and SME environments Fluent across brand strategy, digital channels, campaign planning, and analytics Knowledge of the evolving role of AI in marketing strategy, with demonstratable experience Comfortable working within resource-constrained environments, delivering pragmatic, effective marketing solutions Entrepreneurial mindset: self-directed, resilient, and results-focused Committed to building a long-term, portfolio-based career Collaborative by nature—keen to contribute to a team of senior peers
