At Paul Davis Restoration, we're looking for a well-connected relationship builder who knows the insurance industry and understands the power of a trusted partnership.

We're expanding our presence throughout the Midwest and need someone who can strengthen relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and industry leaders while creating new opportunities in commercial and large-loss restoration.

02What You'll Do

Build and grow relationships with insurance carriers, Executive General Adjusters (EGAs), Large Loss Adjusters, and claims leadership.

Develop strategic partnerships that drive referrals and new business opportunities.

Expand our presence in commercial, industrial, and complex-loss markets.

Represent Paul Davis at industry events, conferences, carrier meetings, and networking opportunities.

Coordinate educational presentations and training opportunities for insurance partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and strengthen client relationships.

Track account activity, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for continued growth.

03What You Bring

• Established relationships within the property insurance, claims, or restoration industry.
• Experience in business development, insurance carrier relations, or strategic account management.
• Knowledge of commercial property claims and large-loss restoration.
• A natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and turn relationships into opportunities.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• A self-driven, strategic mindset with a passion for growing business.
