Joining Swayable means being on a team whose work changes the course of history. The technology we develop is at the leading edge of transforming some of the world’s most important campaign organizations and enterprises: combatting disinformation, protecting democracy, and supporting the sustainable growth of consumer-facing brands.
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Sales Development Representative to open doors at some of the world’s most influential brands. Based in San Francisco and reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll identify prospective customers, earn their attention, and turn initial conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
This is an opportunity to build your sales career with direct access to an experienced revenue leader and meaningful ownership from day one. You’ll learn how enterprise deals get built, sharpen your commercial instincts, and have a visible impact on Swayable’s growth. You should be excited by the daily work it takes to get there: researching accounts, picking up the phone, testing messages, and following through when the first attempt doesn’t land.
What You’ll Do
Build pipeline: Generate qualified sales opportunities through consistent, thoughtful outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Find the right people: Research target accounts and identify decision-makers across marketing, consumer insights, brand strategy, and creative teams.
Make outreach relevant: Connect Swayable’s capabilities to a prospect’s business, priorities, and challenges, giving them a compelling reason to engage.
Qualify opportunities: Lead initial conversations to understand prospective customers’ needs and set the sales team up for productive next steps.
Improve the approach: Work directly with the CRO to test messaging, refine targeting, and turn what you learn into a more effective prospecting process.
Own your execution: Keep accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups, and take accountability for activity, qualified meetings, and pipeline goals.
