01About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our Success team in Austin. As a Sales Development Representative, within the customer base, you will connect with and educate clients as well as qualify leads. The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone building relationships with our existing customers. NinjaOne is a fast-paced company looking for candidates that can help us continue to grow our successful business.

Location - Austin, Texas and Tampa, Florida - in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

02What You'll be Doing

• Work along with a pre-defined group of our largest and most important customers; establish connections with partners ranging from support agents to CISOs
• Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections

Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately

04About You

You have excellent verbal communication skills

You are an energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment

You have a proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals

You are organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills

• You are able to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks
