Full-time Operations Manager, Gentiva

01Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst will support sales effectiveness and business performance across Gentiva. In this role, they will partner with business leaders to analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate findings into practical recommendations. The Revenue Operations Analyst will also support planning, reporting, and process improvements that help teams make informed decisions and follow through on priorities.

02Essential Functions

• Analyze market, account, and sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support sales planning and resource allocation through analysis of business needs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for field and corporate leadership
• Partner with business leaders to validate findings, incorporate local context, and support implementation of agreed actions
• Track action plans and performance measures to assess progress and inform future decisions
• Validate data across business systems and coordinate with appropriate partners to address discrepancies
• Document workflows, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements to reporting, tools, and processes
• About You
• Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust with business leaders
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, consulting, or a related role
• Salesforce experience preferred
