- Own HubSpot marketing operations. Manage contact segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, automated workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Connect marketing with sales. Establish processes in HubSpot for lead assignment, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and measuring conversion from inquiry to active account.
- Lead brand and creative direction. Ensure compelling, consistent messaging and design across our website, advertising, sales materials, photography, video, and events.
- Manage digital marketing. Oversee paid search, social advertising, SEO, email marketing, website performance, and lead nurturing.
- Market our products and capabilities. Translate technical dental laboratory services into clear benefits for dentists and their patients.
- Grow existing accounts. Develop programs that improve retention, reactivate inactive customers, and increase adoption of additional services.
- Manage budgets and outside partners. Hold agencies, designers, and other vendors accountable for quality, deadlines, and results.
- Support industry visibility. Coordinate trade shows, educational programs, professional partnerships, and product launches.
- Measure business results. Report on acquisition costs, qualified leads, first-case conversion, new active accounts, retention, and revenue generated.
- Required experience:
- Demonstrated success leading marketing programs that produce measurable customer and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, including campaign execution, workflows, segmentation, lead management, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ability to maintain reliable CRM data and work with sales to ensure consistent platform adoption.
- Strong B2B marketing experience and an understanding of how to reach professional decision-makers.
- Excellent creative judgment, supported by examples of campaigns, websites, or brand work you have led.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to develop strategy and take direct responsibility for execution.
- Preferred experience:
- Marketing experience with a dental laboratory, dental manufacturer, distributor, or agency serving dental businesses.
- Experience acquiring and retaining dentist accounts.
- Experience marketing to dental groups and DSOs.
- Current HubSpot certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
