Full-time Head of Marketing, Royal Drawing School
FULL-TIME CMO JOB · GREATER LONDON, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

Royal Drawing School (founded by King Charles III) seeks a Head of Marketing and Communications to lead brand strategy, campaigns, digital platforms and a 4-person team. Full-time role with noted flexibility to 4 days for the right candidate; hybrid, East London. Arts/education sector, mission-driven, well-resourced (recent CRM investment, Pentagram branding work).
Full-time Head of Marketing — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Explicit 4-day flexibility signals openness to non-traditional arrangements
- Mission-driven arts education organisation with distinct brand and reputation
- Strategic leadership role on Senior Leadership Team, not pure execution
- Well-resourced — recent CRM platform build, retained design agency, established budget
Worth checking before you apply
- Team is largely part-time (3.5, 2, 4, 5 days) — onboarding and management coordination will be complex
- Dotted line to Director adds reporting complexity alongside primary line to Operations/Finance
- No salary or benefits stated; arts sector often underpays relative to commercial marketing
