RBS/NatWest is recruiting a permanent Head of Finance Central Controls—a senior finance leadership role owning SOx compliance, risk frameworks, and financial controls governance across a major banking group. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring deep expertise in financial services controls, audit committee engagement, and large-scale control programmes. Not a fractional or interim opportunity.
