Full-time COO — the balanced verdict

Why this role stands out

  • Regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 13485, cleanroom, pharma/biotech) — high-skill, defensible niche
  • Clear scope — production, supply chain, inventory, Lean, people leadership, quality partnership
  • Established company with employee ownership, benefits, and career-path credibility
  • Specific qualifications signal mature hiring process; likely stable tenure expectation

Worth checking before you apply

  • On-site, 40-hour expectation; no flexibility hints or fractional openness for Fractional Quest audience
  • No salary stated in posting despite 'salary_stated_in_schema: true' — likely withheld; verify before interview
  • Heavy Lean/Daily Management emphasis may suit ops-transformation advocates or deter those preferring autonomy
