This executive will shape portfolio direction, strengthen market leadership, and drive customer value, growth, retention, adoption, and long-term product performance. The VP will lead Product Directors, Product Managers, and Business Analysts while partnering closely with Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, and executive leadership to align investment, delivery, and go-to-market execution.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A FIT?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for the GRC, GSP, and ARM portfolio.
  • Build a cohesive portfolio strategy while maintaining clear product and market differentiation across GRC, GSP, and ARM.
  • Lead product discovery, customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize portfolio investments and recommend trade-offs across innovation, modernization, platform needs, technical debt, regulatory requirements, and customer demand.
  • Develop business cases and value-realization plans, and own outcomes related to growth, retention, adoption, customer value, product health, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Directors, Product Managers, and Business Analysts; build accountability, succession depth, and consistent product management standards.
  • Partner with Development on technical strategy, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery plans; work with go-to-market teams on positioning, packaging, pricing, launches, migrations, adoption, and readiness.
  • Make product lifecycle decisions, including where to invest, modernize, integrate, migrate, consolidate, or retire products and capabilities.
  • Serve as executive product sponsor for strategic customers, advisory boards, partners, prospects, and industry analysts, and communicate portfolio strategy and performance to executive leadership.
  • Champion modern, data-driven product practices and continuous improvement, including AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve customer insight, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery.
  • Required Experience:
  • 12+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS, including significant ownership of product strategy and business outcomes.
  • 5+ years leading Product Managers and/or Product Directors, including experience leading through other product leaders.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a complex, multi-product portfolio, including strategy, roadmaps, investment prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
  • Proven success launching, scaling, modernizing, integrating, migrating, or rationalizing enterprise software products; experience partnering closely with Development and go-to-market teams.
  • Leadership & Product Competencies:
  • Strong portfolio judgment, commercial acumen, and ability to connect product decisions to customer value, growth, retention, adoption, and market differentiation.
  • Strong customer and market orientation, with the ability to turn customer feedback, market intelligence, and product analytics into clear priorities.
  • Technical credibility and working knowledge of enterprise SaaS architecture, modern development practices, integrations, data, and platform considerations.
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and influencing skills; able to navigate ambiguity, defend investment recommendations, and make difficult trade-offs.
  • Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance, including audit, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, or operational resilience.
  • Experience serving commercial enterprise and/or government or public-sector markets.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools and technologies, product transformation, acquisition integration, platform modernization, or significant market change.
  • Experience adopting modern product management practices across large or distributed product organizations; relevant product management or Agile certifications are beneficial.
  • Education:
