Full-time Senior Marketing Manager, Brand, Consumables & Customer Growth — the balanced verdict

Why this role stands out

  • Large, established employer in medical aesthetics with global reach and credibility
  • Hybrid strategic + execution remit appeals to hands-on senior marketers
  • Clear scope — consumables, lifecycle, retention, CRAM optimization and international GTM
  • Salary stated transparently; 7–10 years experience target allows mid-career positioning

Worth checking before you apply

  • Broad mandate (consumables, CRM, lifecycle, cross-sell, distributor enablement) may diffuse focus; unclear which is primary KPI
  • Reporting to VP International Marketing in a CoE structure; reporting line clarity important before interview
  • On-site London expectation; no hybrid or remote flexibility mentioned

Pilot and test initiatives in Direct markets and scale successful programmes internationally.

Distributor Markets – Enable, Equip & Scale

Develop scalable playbooks, campaigns, GTM toolkits and activation frameworks for Distributor markets.
