About Tjekvik
Tjekvik is one of Europe's fastest-growing automotive aftersales technology companies. We help car dealerships across Europe and Australia transform the service experience through self-service kiosk software, digital check-in, and smart key management, giving customers more control and giving dealers back their time.
We work with 2,000+ dealerships across 30+ markets in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. The UK is one of our most important markets, home to some of our largest multi-site dealer groups, and we're investing in the people who look after them.
The role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own the relationship with some of our largest UK dealer groups, protecting the revenue we already have and growing it. This is a senior, high-autonomy role that sits between customer success and account growth: you keep customers healthy and adopting the product, and you spot and close upsell and expansion opportunities across their sites.
You'll work mostly remotely, with regular calls and the occasional on-site visit to key accounts. You'll be the trusted voice of the customer inside Tjekvik, working closely with our support, product, and leadership teams.
You will report to the Head of Global Customer Success.
Who owns what
- Our Sales team also sells to large dealer groups, so the split is clear:
- You (Customer Success)
- Renewals and expansion within the existing footprint: new sites, add-ons, and adoption
- Sales
- Leads new group-level agreements and OEM deals
- Together
- You co-own the customer relationship on any group-level or OEM deal, so the customer always has one consistent voice at Tjekvik
- What you'll be responsible for
- Account management and retention
- Own a portfolio of key UK dealer group accounts, with full responsibility for retention, satisfaction, and health.
Build deep, trusted relationships at group and site level, from the Group Aftersales Director, Operations, and Procurement to Dealer Principals and Service Managers.
Run regular value reviews with each account, showing the return on Tjekvik and agreeing priorities for the next quarter.
Maintain account plans, health scores, and renewal forecasts in HubSpot, keeping them accurate and up to date.
Act as the escalation point for your accounts, coordinating with support, product, and operations to resolve issues quickly.
Renewals and expansion
- Own renewals for your portfolio end to end, from forecast to signature.
Defend and quantify the value Tjekvik delivers across the full account lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal, and lead the turnaround of at-risk accounts.
Identify and develop expansion within the existing footprint, including new sites, add-ons, and wider rollout across the group.
Work with Sales when an opportunity becomes a new group-level agreement or OEM deal: Sales leads, and you co-own the relationship.
Use usage data and customer conversations to spot where more value can be unlocked, and act on it early.
Onboarding and adoption
Oversee onboarding for new sites within your accounts, making sure training is delivered properly and adoption starts strong.
Monitor usage and satisfaction across your portfolio, and step in early when things aren't heading the right way.
Collect and relay product feedback to help shape the roadmap for the UK market.
Visit key accounts on site when it counts, such as launches, escalations, and strategic reviews.
How success is measured
- You'll be measured on three numbers across a portfolio of 25 dealer groups and 400+ sites:
- Gross revenue retention
- Net revenue retention
- Expansion ARR
