Full-time Marketing Operations Manager, 42Crunch
FULL-TIME EXEC JOB · UNITED KINGDOM

This is a full-time Marketing Operations Manager role at a Series-stage API security company, reporting to the CEO. The posting explicitly states 40-hour weeks, remote, with a £35–45k salary band and stock options. It is not a fractional, interim or part-time engagement.
Full-time Marketing Operations Manager — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Clear reporting line to CEO with real autonomy over digital strategy, lead generation and brand building.
- Hands-on technical product context (API security, MCP servers) attracts marketers who enjoy learning product deeply.
- Measurable success metric (sales pipeline value, not just lead volume) aligns marketing to revenue impact.
- Remote-first, distributed team with flexibility; regular in-person gatherings signal trust and culture investment.
Worth checking before you apply
- Salary band (£35–45k) is modest for UK marketing ops/brand leadership; likely reflects early-stage growth stage or junior-mid seniority expectation.
- Broad remit (content, paid campaigns, CRM, events, analytics, budget management, team coordination) suggests junior hire expected to grow into role rather than senior fractional exec.
- No mention of existing marketing team; unclear if this is the first hire or expansion; interview should clarify support structure.
