About This Role:
The Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Affiliates is part of the Marketing team and reports to the User Acquisition & Mobile Growth Director. As Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Affiliates, you will own the sourcing, negotiation, execution, and optimization of direct partnerships and affiliate marketing programs to drive efficient customer acquisition and business growth.
You will own the marketing side of the Impact platform, manage the affiliate program, test new partner channels, and scale partnerships that demonstrate positive ROI.
Core Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, launch, and manage direct partnerships and affiliate relationships.
Own the affiliate program in Impact, including partner onboarding, tracking, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization.
Test new partners and acquisition opportunities, quickly identify underperformers, and scale ROI-positive relationships.
Monitor and optimize performance against key KPIs including FTDs, CPA, CAC, ROI/ROAS, LTV, and customer quality.
Partner with BI and Analytics teams to improve attribution, reporting, and partner-level performance measurement.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product Marketing, Creative, and other stakeholders to launch and manage partner initiatives.
Monitor affiliate traffic quality, fraud, promotional abuse, and compliance with program requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, publishers, creators, and other strategic partners.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Required: 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or performance marketing.
Required: Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and scaling performance-based partnerships.
Required: Hands-on experience with Impact.com or a similar affiliate management platform.
Strong understanding of CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and performance-based commercial models.
Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating partner performance, ROI, CAC, LTV, and customer quality.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience with affiliate fraud prevention and traffic-quality monitoring.
Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services is highly preferred.
Experience with AppsFlyer, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with Mobile Ad Network, DSPs, CTV and other marketing channels is a big plus.
Salary:
The starting pay range for this role will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
