Full-time Marketing Manager, Brabners
FULL-TIME EXEC JOB · LAW PRACTICE SECTOR · LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

Brabners (established law firm, 500+ staff, B Corp) seeks a Marketing Manager reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign development, stakeholder management and multi-channel delivery across legal/professional services. This is a conventional full-time, on-site hybrid role (40 hrs/week) with no fractional or interim signals; scope, mentorship duties and tight integration with internal teams indicate a permanent strategic hire.
Full-time Marketing Manager — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Established employer with strong benefits (BUPA, enhanced leave, 24/7 EAP, £25k+5 annual leave, pension, life insurance)
- Genuine strategic remit — campaign leadership from concept through evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, budget oversight
- Clear reporting line (Senior Marketing Manager) and defined team (digital, comms, events specialists)
- Employer-direct posting; explicitly rejects speculative CVs and agency involvement, signalling serious direct hire intent
Worth checking before you apply
- No salary stated; 'competitive' is vague and typical for law firm roles (likely £30–45k for a Marketing Manager in the North, not senior-level comp)
- Reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager suggests this is a mid-level, non-executive role — not a fractional C-suite or interim exec placement
- Hybrid 40-hour full-time structure with mentorship and project governance; incompatible with fractional/portfolio patterns
- Role is intentionally permanent — benefits ladder (increasing leave with service), maternity/adoption enhancements, career development — fractional candidates unlikely to apply
