Full-time Events & Field Marketing Manager — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Genuine B2B SaaS events remit with clear pipeline accountability and ROI metrics
- Blend of large conference strategy and small, high-touch executive event design
- Early-stage equity, competitive base, strong benefits (25 days, pension, nursery, wellness)
- Clear success milestones (3–6 months) and founder-led growth environment
Worth checking before you apply
- Five days/week office-based non-negotiable; startup pace and ownership intensity expected
- Salary stated as 'competitive (DOE)' — no figure disclosed; equity meaningful but pre-Series A (higher risk/reward)
- Role is operational events management, not executive; hiring for a manager, not a C-suite or fractional leader

We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with Searchable’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.
We’re office-based five days a week near London Bridge. If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you’ll fit right in.
About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Own the events calendar globally, from flagship industry conferences and sponsorships to the right niche SEO, content and marketing events
- Own our quarterly key event, 100 key customer targets, in person for high quality thought leadership and networking
Design and run our own regular events, including executive dinners, roundtables, breakfast briefings, workshops and customer meetups, from venue and guest list through to the post-event follow-up
Own and deliver the key sponsorships we do throughout the year, which events to attend, which to sponsor and how we sponsor and exhibit at the events.
Partner with sales on field and account-based plays, building target account lists for each event, booking meetings in advance and making sure every lead end up with the right AEs
Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, booth design, swag and on-site staffing
Track sourced and influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity and ROI for every event in in our CRM, and write the playbooks that let us run great events repeatedly
What Success Looks Like

By 6 months, we run a regular rhythm of our own events, such as dinners, roundtables and meetups, that marketing and SEO leaders actively ask to be invited to, and every event has a clear follow-up plan already in place.
