We are recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager to join our thriving Frazer branch in Ipswich (IP3 8LF).

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as first-line support to the Branch Manager, helping to lead and support the team to deliver sales and customer service success.

Motivate and develop the team, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sales growth.

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.

Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to maximise every customer interaction and identify opportunities to grow sales.

Understand the local market, customers and competitors to support the branch sales strategy.

Lead by example, creating a positive sales culture and encouraging the team to take every opportunity to grow customer relationships and sales.

Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise deliveries and keep customers updated throughout their journey.

Make Health & Safety a priority, ensuring the team understands and follows safe working practices.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales leadership experience within a construction materials supply business, ideally with experience of utilities or civils products.

A proven track record of motivating teams and driving sales performance.

Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the local customer and market landscape.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.

A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and take action.
