Full-time field sales manager role at KOMPAN (global outdoor play/fitness company) covering South East/London education sector. Role involves territory management, customer relationship building, pipeline development and closing sales—classic frontline sales leadership, not a fractional or interim executive opportunity.

01

Full-time Area Sales Manager, (South East or London) — the balanced verdict

Why this role stands out

  • Established global B2B company (94 countries, 1,000+ playgrounds/month)
  • Sector expertise (education) valued, strong purpose (health/communities)
  • Autonomous field structure appeals to self-directed salespeople
  • Clear scope and deliverables (territory, pipeline, quota model implied)

Worth checking before you apply

  • No salary or day rate disclosed; compensation structure not stated
  • Sales quota/commission structure not transparent—likely variable pay weighting
  • Field-heavy travel commitment (most days on road) typical of full-time account management, not fractional exec work
