Senior Customer Support Specialist (interim) at Stoneridge

Interim position - expected duration 1 year As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you act as the primary contact for key accounts, managing the entire order process from quotation to delivery. You collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive process improvements.
With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you resolve escalations, identify bottlenecks, and lead customer meetings to deliver timely, effective solutions. Characterization of activities Serve as the primary contact for key customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
Manage quotations and oversee the complete order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain customer data in the CRM system and proactively communicate delivery schedules or changes.
Monitor backlog, escalate issues internally when necessary, and support colleagues with escalations. Lead cross-department improvement initiatives and report on delivery performance and demand trends.
Represent the company at trade shows and participate in customer meetings and visits, both domestic and international. Education, Experience And Knowledge Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education and practical experience.
Proven experience in a customer support role with strong order handling and CRM skills. Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage.
Technical affinity and eagerness to learn product details. Strong coordination abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software tools; experience with Exact Globe and Power BI is a plus. Driven towards continuous improvement, flexible, positive, and highly organized.
