FULL-TIME EXEC JOB · SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SECTOR · WOOBURN GREEN, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

Bizagi (201–500, established SaaS) is hiring a full-time Product Marketing Manager for customer expansion and sales enablement. This is a hands-on, strategic position with budget ownership and event leadership, posted directly by the employer.
Full-time Product Marketing Manager, Expansion & Growth — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Clear scope — expansion marketing, SKO ownership, and regional collaboration with defined handoff (strategy + content vs. local delivery)
- Budget and vendor responsibility, plus competitive intelligence curation—executive-adjacent skills
- Established market player (DHL, Unilever clients); stable employer with growth trajectory in AI/automation
- Remote-friendly with travel only for UK events; genuine flexibility for US timezone overlap
Worth checking before you apply
- Full-time only—no fractional or part-time option signalled
- Expansion marketing is a specialist remit; candidate must have ABM or customer marketing (not pure demand-gen) experience
- Some travel within UK required, and US timezone overlap needs genuine flexibility, not just occasional calls

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to strengthen our product marketing team and lead the strategy and content for customer expansion marketing — helping Bizagi grow with its existing customers. You'll work with our regional Field Marketing teams, to deliver the likes of roadshows and customer advisory councils and bring their event expertise where it's needed, and you'll own the overall strategy and delivery of our global Sales Kick-Off. This is a hands-on role for a true product marketer: someone who is confident with positioning, messaging and content, competitive intelligence, and who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. The role is UK-based and supports both our UK and US teams, so some flexibility around working hours is needed to overlap with colleagues in the US.
Why You'll Love This Role
Ownership: Own the strategy and content for customer expansion marketing, with real input into how Bizagi talks to and grows with its existing customers.
Visibility: Work directly with senior marketing leadership and the sales VPs in each region, on programmes that feed straight into revenue and customer growth.
Collaboration: Work alongside Field Marketing colleagues in each region, who bring the event expertise to deliver local events while you set the strategy and content.
Variety: No two weeks look the same — shaping customer expansion messaging, leading Sales Kick-Off, and helping the team sharpen how we position against competitors.
What You'll Do
Lead Customer Expansion Marketing: Own the strategy and content for customer expansion marketing, building demand and pipeline from our installed base.
Own Sales Kick-Off (SKO): Own the overall strategy and delivery of Bizagi's global Sales Kick-Off, working directly with the sales VPs in each region on content and logistics.
Partner with Field Marketing on Local Events: Work with the Field Marketers in each region to deliver local events such as Bizagi Days and the Bizagi Advisory Council. You set the expansion strategy and content; they bring the event expertise and handle in-region logistics, POs and delivery, so nothing is duplicated.
Centralise Messaging & Positioning: Create and maintain consistent product and customer messaging that regional teams can build from.
Competitive Intelligence: Maintain and curate Bizagi’s competitive intelligence library, perform competitive enablement, and perform specialized competitive research. Contribute to Competitive Insight: Help the product marketing team keep a clear view of how we compare and position against competitors.
Partner with Sales: Work directly with sales leads to align expansion campaigns and events with what is moving deals.
Manage the Budget: Manage the budget for the programmes you own, including vendor contracts and tracking spend against plan.
Build and Improve Programmes: Set up new programmes and processes where they don't yet exist, and keep improving the ones that do.
