Full-time HR Director, Medialab Group
FULL-TIME HRD JOB · ADVERTISING SERVICES SECTOR · LONDON, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

Head of People Operations & Development at a well-regarded independent media agency (51–200 people), reporting to Chief People & Culture Officer. Full-time permanent role with hybrid working (3 days office) and stated openness to part-time arrangements. No explicit fractional or interim engagement model, but the "part-time" welcome and operational remit (payroll, ER, L&D strategy, HRIS, analytics) could plausibly be scoped to 3–4 days/week.
Full-time HR Director — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Employer-direct posting from reputable, award-winning mid-market agency (Campaign Best Places to Work 6 years, Sunday Times top 100).
- Clear operational ownership — full employee lifecycle, data analytics, board-level reporting, team leadership.
- Explicitly welcomes flexible working and part-time candidates; suggests cultural fit for non-traditional arrangements.
- Hybrid model (3 days office) already embedded; scalable to fractional conversation.
Worth checking before you apply
- Posted as full-time permanent contract; part-time openness is a nice-to-have signal, not an offer of fractional engagement.
- Scope includes team management ("managing and developing a high-performing team") — typical of full-time heads, less typical of fractional operators.
- No day rate or hourly equivalent provided; compensation likely full-time salary band.

How well the role as written suits a fractional or interim arrangement, scored 0–100 by our automated read of the posting text before it went on the board. It rates the posting, not you — we do not score or match candidates.
