Full-time GTM Manager - Financial Services, Grant Thornton UK LLP
FULL-TIME EXEC JOB · ACCOUNTING SECTOR · LONDON, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

Grant Thornton is hiring a GTM Manager for Financial Services—a full-time, hybrid go-to-market operations role converting strategy into campaigns, pipeline and CRM discipline. The firm explicitly welcomes flexible working, reduced hours and job shares; this opens a fractional/part-time negotiation path for an experienced candidate, but the posting itself assumes standard employment.
Full-time GTM Manager - Financial Services — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Employer signals openness to flexible/reduced hours and job shares—viable entry point for a fractional proposal from a strong candidate
- Matrixed stakeholder management and AI tool adoption (Claude, Dynamics) appeal to senior commercial operators
- Large, stable professional services firm with clear career visibility and inclusive culture messaging
- Hybrid working and explicit work–life balance commitment
Worth checking before you apply
- Posted as full-time 40 hrs/week; fractional arrangement would require negotiation and is not the default offer
- GTM Manager title suggests mid-to-senior coordinator/execution role, not C-suite or founding remit; limited strategic autonomy implied
- No salary, day rate or equity mentioned; standard employment contract structure likely

How well the role as written suits a fractional or interim arrangement, scored 0–100 by our automated read of the posting text before it went on the board. It rates the posting, not you — we do not score or match candidates.
