TEMPORARY EXEC JOB · INSURANCE SECTOR · SALFORD, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM

Bupa is hiring a Corporate Marketing Manager (C16 grade) for a 9-month secondment on a £51k salary, full-time hybrid role in Salford. The posting shows strong team leadership responsibility (leading and developing a team), strategic ownership of corporate customer marketing, and ABM program delivery—solid mid-market marketing leadership but structured as full-time permanent contract, not fractional.
Temporary Corporate Marketing Manager - Sec — the balanced verdict
Why this role stands out
- Clear seniority — team leadership, P&L accountability, and strategic marketing ownership expected.
- Established employer (Bupa) with named benefits, pension, and health insurance.
- Hybrid working with flexible options; 3 days WFH mentioned.
- 9-month secondment window may appeal to candidates open to defined-term senior assignments.
Worth checking before you apply
- Labelled 'temporary' / secondment but posted as full-time permanent—clarify contract structure before applying.
- Role is 9 months, not open-ended; career continuity post-assignment unclear.
- No explicitly fractional language; Fractional Quest candidates may find this too rigid unless seeking interim/secondment specifically.
Our automated read of the posting text, not the employer's own assessment. Check each point with them before you apply.
How well the role as written suits a fractional or interim arrangement, scored 0–100 by our automated read of the posting text before it went on the board. It rates the posting, not you — we do not score or match candidates.
