Improve Salesforce data quality, adoption, and consistency across the sales team.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales leadership and business reviews.
Partner with Corporate Salesforce and IT teams on system improvements, issue resolution, and best-practice deployment.

- Support monthly and quarterly sales reviews with data, dashboards, analysis, and follow-up tracking.
- Maintain a consistent cadence for pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, and sales performance reporting.
- Ensure sales leadership has clear visibility to performance versus targets, risks, opportunities, and required actions.

Support the rollout and adoption of SAP Cloud Commerce for selected customers and distributors.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, IT, Corporate eCommerce teams, and distributors to support onboarding and issue resolution.
Assist with user testing, process documentation, training, and adoption tracking.
