Curious · inferredThis posting is not explicitly advertised as fractional. We've inferred it may suit a fractional arrangement — treat the pitch below as a strategy, not a confirmed opening.

How to pitch the fractional angle

The employer advertised a conventional role, but the signals below suggest the work could be done on a fractional or interim basis. Here's how to open that conversation.

Location: UK or Singapore

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Revenue Growth & Outbound Operations Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time

About AsiaVerify

AsiaVerify is the corporate verification and risk intelligence layer for organisations operating across Asia, helping them verify businesses, understand ownership, assess risk and monitor changes with confidence.

Through direct access to authoritative registry data and local intelligence across APAC, AsiaVerify delivers trusted company, ownership and risk insights across the full customer lifecycle: verify, understand, assess, onboard and monitor.

Built for Asia and trusted by global organisations, our solutions support onboarding, compliance, third-party risk, due diligence and ongoing monitoring in some of the world's most complex markets.

About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) owns cold outbound through to qualified SQL handoff and is responsible for generating qualified appointments for the Sales team through focused outbound calling. The role is measured on booking a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per week, with at least 40% of those accepted as SQLs by Sales.

This is a phone-first role. The SDR makes high-volume outbound calls to compliance, risk and onboarding leaders at payment providers, corporate entities and data resellers operating across Asia, uncovering their company verification, KYB, due diligence and third-party risk needs and booking qualified prospects in with the Sales team.

The SDR works within the outbound operating model set by the Revenue Growth & Outbound Operations Manager, executing call activity against agreed ICPs, target accounts, campaigns and trigger-led plays, and maintaining accurate activity records in HubSpot.

The role contributes directly to AsiaVerify's FY26 growth objectives by building a predictable source of outbound-sourced pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted individuals and organisations to explore their requirements for AsiaVerify products and services. Handle gatekeepers and objections confidently, and follow up persistently across calls, voicemail and email until a clear outcome is reached.

Prospect Qualification

Ask questions to understand each prospect's requirements and qualify them against agreed criteria (need, authority, timing and budget) before booking an appointment. Answer first-line questions about AsiaVerify, our registry coverage and our use cases, and communicate the AsiaVerify proposition clearly by phone and email.

Appointment Setting & Handoff

Book qualified appointments for the Sales team. Use the calendar to invite attendees, monitor acceptances and confirm attendance. Provide the Sales team with a clear briefing on each prospect so appointments progress with clear ownership and consistent follow-up.

Account Research & Call Preparation

Research organisations and contacts before each call to personalise outreach. Build a working knowledge of target industries, buyer roles and the regulatory drivers behind KYB and due-diligence requirements.

Campaign & Trigger-Led Outreach

Execute calling campaigns aligned to AsiaVerify's ICP-driven campaign calendar, ABM target accounts and trigger-led plays such as regulatory change, market events and customer signals. Communicate regularly with other team members on campaigns and daily workflow.

CRM & Activity Management

Update HubSpot with accurate information on all prospects and organisations. Log every call, outcome, note and next step against the relevant record on the same day, use HubSpot email templates and sequences to support calling activity, and keep lead status and lifecycle stage up to date in line with the agreed handoff process.

Daily Planning & Reporting

Manage your own day and prioritise daily call lists and work plans to hit activity and appointment targets. Report all results, positive and negative, to your Line Manager, and go the extra mile to hit appointment targets and support other team members.
