About the role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to be the strategic right hand to our RevOps Sr Director and a close partner to the leaders of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

This is not a reporting seat or a systems seat. You'll decide what matters and what's noise, find the "why" behind the numbers, and turn it into programs that move GTM performance. You'll own the forecast, run the operating cadence, and lead the deep analysis behind our biggest commercial decisions. This is a high-impact and high-visibility individual contributor role with real scope and a direct line to senior leadership.

What you'll do:

Partner with GTM leadership

  • Set up and run the operating cadence with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
  • Spot underlying problems early, trace them to root causes, and scope the fix
  • Bring leaders opportunities they haven't asked about yet
  • Run GTM programs
  • Own GTM projects end to end, prioritized from what you uncover with leadership
  • Be the RevOps point of contact on cross-functional initiatives beyond GTM, such as product launches
  • Own forecasting and reporting
  • Build, maintain, and publish the GTM forecast, including Sales and CS forecasts
  • Create the cadence reports for each functional team (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
  • Analyze trends, good and bad, and turn them into a clear point of view for the executive team and the board
  • Lead strategy and deep analysis

Drive the research behind larger initiatives. Examples from this year include TAM analysis for each of our products and an overhaul of our pricing and packaging

Evaluate new verticals and monetization ideas, and take on ad hoc analysis for the CEO and senior leadership team

Partner with Finance on GTM revenue planning, including quota setting and territory and segmentation design

What this role is not

A CRM admin. We have a dedicated admin. You'll understand our GTM systems and design good processes in them, but you won't own them

An order taker. You're a partner to GTM leaders and the Sr. Director of RevOps, not a queue for requests

A report factory. Reporting is part of the job, but we want your point of view on what matters, not a pile of dashboards

What you'll bring

5+ years experience in similar types of roles

Experience with SaaS business models with a preference toward Vertical SaaS experience at PE-backed companies at a similar stage ($10M - $50M)

Fluency in GTM SaaS metrics. You understand the mechanics, not just the definitions

Strong written and verbal communication, with the presence to influence senior leaders across functions

Comfort with ambiguity. You can take in a lot of information and quickly sort what's critical, what's important but can wait, and what shouldn't be done at all

Curiosity and drive. You're energized by hard problems and learn fast

Playbooks that you adapt. You can say "here's what worked before and why I think it will work here," not just "it worked before"

Fluency with AI for building decks, forecast artifacts, and ad hoc analysis, and the judgment to know when not to trust it
