Full-time Clinical Director - Arlington Heights, Clarity Clinic

In this role, you will:

Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for our Arlington Heights clinic location.

Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload

Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors)

Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training

Group Supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role

Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
