Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
Bridge is building a payments platform that uses stablecoins to simplify global money movement. Our application programming interfaces (APIs) help businesses send and receive funds across borders. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to access, store, and spend US dollars, while our payouts infrastructure helps platforms disburse funds globally.
Our team brings experience building financial infrastructure at companies including Coinbase, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, and Airbnb. We’re focused on making stablecoins a practical foundation for global payments.
What you’ll do
As an Account Executive at Bridge, you’ll drive growth by acquiring new clients and upselling existing accounts. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, understand clients’ business and technical needs, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that support their goals.
Responsibilities
- Close qualified inbound leads and develop outbound opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up
- Lead discovery conversations to understand prospects’ business needs and identify relevant Bridge solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals, and getting them live
- Maintain client relationships to support satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for clients
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and help shape the Bridge/Stripe sales culture
- Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 4-10 years sales experience, preferably selling a technical product in both high-velocity and enterprise motions
- Experience managing the full sales cycle at a high-growth payments, financial technology, crypto, or technology company
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas, closing net-new and upsell opportunities, and effectively managing complex pricing or commercial negotiations
Experience using data to prioritize accounts, build business cases, and track outcomes, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, Excel, and basic SQL, or demonstrated comfort with data tools and analysis
Ability to comfortably understand technical product requirements, explain solutions across multiple technology products, and work with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes
Superior written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to prioritize a high-volume territory and work persistently through ambiguity in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing a large pipeline of both high-velocity and enterprise prospects
