Client Success Manager (CSM) for Head of AI - £50k + £10k Retention Target Bonus

Head of AI is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to support the delivery of AI transformation services to its clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with world-class Fractional Chief AI Officers, guiding clients through their AI journey and ensuring the successful implementation of AI strategies.

Your ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives, coupled with exceptional project management skills, will be critical to driving client success.

You will be responsible for monitoring project milestones, assisting in the creation and delivery of presentations, and keeping both the client and the Chief AI Officer on track. The ideal candidate is a highly organised and articulate individual with a passion for client satisfaction.
