About This Role
As Operations Manager / Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with the founding team across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities. This role offers direct exposure to the most incredible founders, investors, and scaling tech businesses across the European ecosystem.
You'll gain hands-on experience in how companies hire, fundraise, and scale, supported by close mentorship from the founder, with room to shape the role as edenity. grows. This is a rare opportunity to learn founder-level problem-solving early in your portfolio career.

Key Responsibilities
- 1Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives, including client projects, hiring strategy, and product roadmap.
- 2Conduct research and analysis to support client advisory work, such as market mapping, talent benchmarking, and organisation design.
- 3Draft and refine client-facing materials, including proposals, decks, reports, and insights.
- 4Manage and improve internal operations, including processes, tooling, scheduling, and communications.
- 5Shadow client calls, capture insights, and turn them into actionable follow-ups.
- 6Flex into various tasks, from helping shape hiring strategies to coordinating with partners and advisors.
